The Olsson family have been making solar sea salt since 1948, and is the oldest family owned and operated sea salt maker in Australia.

In collaboration with Pialligo Estate Smokehouse, this salt is cold smoked over red gum for 72hrs. Olsson's Red Gum Smoked Sea Salt adds a rich, smoky flavour to everything from meats, poultry and seafood to salads, soups, sauces and vegetables.
