Our events are usually paperless - you'll receive information by email.

Your name on our list with the number of tickets you purchase will be on a list that we check upon guests arrival. So we are not mailing tickets, and you only need to bring yourself and your guest if you booked for more than one.

Some collaborative events might have different rules - this will be in the email you'll receive upon booking.

Learn to brew healthy, naturally fizzy gut enriching drinks. In a small group setting - we'll make:

  • Kombucha & Jun
  • a little Mead discovery
  • Rye Kvass tasting and show and tell
  • Water Kefir
  • Beet Kvass
  • Whey soda

You'll go home with 2 large jars to be nurtured and ferment at home in your own kitchen: Beet Kvass and Kombucha, Jun or Water Kefir (your choice of SCOBY) - 2 bottles you've flavoured yourslef for second fermenting (Water Kefir and Kombucha) that'll be ready in the next couple of days, and a bottle of whey soda to ferment further at home,  and a jar of raw honey ready to turn into Mead (just add water).

This is a fun and easy class for those who are first time dabblers in fermenting as well as the more experienced who are looking for a bit of guidance and hands on experience.

This workshop will be held in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria about an hour north of Melbourne. The workshop will be held at home with me (this is home fermenting after all!). My address will be supplied closer to the date, however - we are just under 10 minutes walk from Macedon Station. x
