This 10 year old Shottsuru* is an elegant, beautifully nuanced fish sauce. Try over silken tofu, steamed spring vegetables, fresh noodles or pasta - even soft cheese! Yes and I would also recommend this over a gorgeous spoonful of our kimchi.
