We offer a $15 flat rate Australia wide and free shipping for orders over $150.
We securely ship all SCOBYs, live cultures, and refrigerated items via express post every Monday and Tuesday.
Please note we are unable to ship cold items, SCOBYs and live cultures to PO Boxes or internationally.
In the rare event that any item purchased from our online store arrives faulty, we are committed to providing a prompt replacement or full refund.

Our gorgeous milk kefir won us ‘Best New Product’ early on as manufacturers. We felt embarrassed because it’s not a new product - it’s a very very old product. But proud because we had been seen and awarded for our work.

So versatile and so so powerful that you can also make more kefir! When your bottle has only a third left - pour milk into the bottle - mix well and let sit on the counter overnight. You’ll have a new bottle and can keep doing this for about 4 rotations at least. Magic.
